This kit includes all the hardware necessary to pour a perfect black and tan. It includes the stainless steel black and tan turtle spoon (which rests on top of a pint glass when pouring, and doubles as a bottle opener), two pint black and tan glasses, two heavy duty cork-lined stainless steel coasters, and a 9" by 19" Trukish long-staple cotton bar towel. It's everything needed (except beer) to pour a perfect black and tan.

The kit suggests using Guinness, Bearnish, or Murphy's canned Irish Stout as a top layer, and everything from hard cider, champagne, Bass Ale, Redhook ESB, and more as a bottom layer. Keep in mind the top layer must be a lower gravity beer than the bottom layer, as a density beer (higher gravity) will sink to the bottom of the glass. Instructions included.
