Return Policy

Within 90 days of receiving your product, your product* may be returned, in new condition, to Irish Indeed! with a receipt/invoice for an exchange or refund. Items returned for a refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account. Items returned without a receipt will be credited with a store credit.

*Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged due to their specific nature.

In order to expedite this process, please email us (or call) explaining the reason for your return/exchange along with your full name, address, and phone number, the item number if possible, a description of the product, and any other pertinent information (including exchange info like the new size needed, if applicable).
