The charge for shipping and handling your order to anywhere in the United States including AK and HI is $6.95 via the U.S. Postal Service. For Express Mail (1-2 days) the cost is $29.99. The charge for shipping and handling your orders to Canada is the actual cost of Priority Mail International (6-10 days). However, the customer is responsible for all extra clearance or brokerage fees. There is no shipping to any other worldwide destination. If purchases need to be sent to multiple locations, the above charges will apply to each address. Your credit/debit card will be charged in full when your order is SHIPPED. The exception to this rule is for orders containing personalized items. These orders will be charged in full when your order is PLACED.

You will be notified via email on the next business day upon placing your order when to expect your order to arrive. Usually, items are stocked and your order will be shipped within 2 business days, arriving to you in 5-10 business days. As expected, sometimes an item is briefly out of stock. Such items may be slightly delayed, but rarely more than 3-4 weeks. Personalized items are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for most personalized items.

Some personalized items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Certain items may ship at different times from our warehouse. Because of this, your order may be received in multiple shipments at different times. You will be notified of this via email or in your first shipment.

When placing orders for Coat-of-Arms and other personalized items, be sure to specify your family name/other personalization in the spaces provided with those items and/or on the 'Order Confirmation' page. Failing to do so will delay your order.
